Heroes – ‘Four Months Ago’, BBC2, 9pm
Only 3 episode left and we are getting a lot of information now. Last night we found out what had happened to the heroes between Peter exploding and current time.
Peter found himself locked up by the Company in a secure facility/prison. He meets Bob, Elle and the Haitian who convince him to take medication to suppress his abilities. While in there he meets Adam Monroe aka Takezo Kensei, who has been locked up for 30 years! Elle has also been incarcerated almost all of her life.
Adam persuades Peter that Bob has them locked up to stop them from saving the world, so they both escape.
Following the blast, Nathan was left in a critical condition suffering from horrendous burns, but a drop of blood from Adam Monroe had an almost instantaneous reaction, completely curing him.
After curing Nathan they are pursued by the Company, the Haitian corners Peter into a container, suppresses his powers, handcuffs him and takes away his memory – which takes us to the beginning of this series.
All these storylines and counter-storylines leave us, the viewer, no wiser as to who the good guys actually are. In fact the line between good and bad is greyer than ever as both Bob and Adam seem to be convinced that what they are doing is for the good of the world.
Having seen the future, Peter is playing for team Monroe but we know these writers can just whip out an episode that will decimate all preconceptions!
These are my questions for the week:
If Adam has given his blood to Nathan, and it cured him – will Nathan also have regenerative powers now?
Has Adam been alive for over 300 years or can he also teleport?
Why is this series only 11 episodes long!!!?
