Leigh Francis has announced that he his to return with Bo Selecta to do a Michael Jackson one-off show as a tribute to the late star.
Famous for his canny likeness to so many celebrities, he’ll don the rubber mask, leather jacket and of course, the sequined white glove and there he is, Michael Jackass, the spitting image almost!
Bo Selecta has been around since 2002, but after having made a Christmas special and then a couple of spin-off shows, the comedian put the show to bed, until now.
Francis said in a newspaper interview;
“I’m starting work on my one-hour show about the king of pop. [His fans won't be offended], it’ll be a glorious thing.”
That will certainly be a first for the creator and star of Bo Selecta, who can sometimes get a little to close for comfort, but either way it has to be seen. No date has been given yet, but it is expected to be a one-hour episode.
