What to do on a dull Sunday evening now that Lost AND Fringe have vacated that prime 9pm to 11pm slot?
As luck would have it, we are being treated to a one-off special of Benidorm this week. The show continues where the last series finished with Madge and Mel’s disasterous attempt at a ‘romantic’ beach wedding.
Mel is hospitalised after getting flattened by ‘The Oracle’ in a paragliding accident and then punched unconscious by his anxious son-in-law to be, Mick.
As Madge and daughter Janice rush to the hospital, they manage to get kidnapped by an eccentric Spanish criminal called Enrique ‘The Rat’ Lopez but as we know after her show down by the pool with Wendy Richards, Madge is no walk-over.
I can’t wait to see how the rest of the cast get involved in the aftermath!
